Corbus, a leading procurement outsourcing organization has been engaged by a large specialty pharmaceutical company headquartered in US to manage their Global MRO program.

Corbus with its proven expertise, working in a cross-functional environment is entrusted to assess the existing site operations, perform data and spend analysis, develop strategic sourcing program (looking at multiple MRO supply models), rationalize suppliers, and implement recommended plans and monitor supplier performance. Corbus will execute all phases of the sourcing process in this category.

Corbus will assess all aspects of client’s existing MRO program to achieve following objectives:

1. Leverage spend to obtain better pricing on lower dollar and/or infrequent purchases
2. Drive purchases to preferred vendors or current initiatives
3. Formulate customized client specific strategies to replicate in other indirect procurement categories
