For the second year in row, Target has achieved the top rating of 100 percent on Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Corporate Equality Index and Best Places to Work survey. This honor widely recognizes our culture that ensures team members and guests feel welcomed, respected, and valued regardless of their background or sexual orientation.

Target has a deep respect for what is important to our guests. We support causes that are important to our guests and their families, including education, social services, and the arts. For more than 60 years, we have given back 5 percent of the company’s income. Today, that 5 percent translates into more than $3 million every week.
