2011 MBA Business Plan Competition winning business SkyCrepers, LLC will open in the Emerald Square Mall on Thursday, August 4th with a Grand Opening celebration.

SkyCrepers, LLC is a fast-serve crepe chain model built to bridge the gap between the street cart and the café.

Winner of Babson’s 2011 Douglass Foundation Graduate Business Plan Competition, this new food concept introduced by former New England Patriot Matt Chatham will prove to be an alternative to everyday fast-food snacks.

“Our mission is to obliterate all notions of ‘foo-foo’ often associated with crepes by building SkyCrepers into the #1 mall snack provider in the US,” said Matt Chatham, founder and CEO of SkyCrepers, LLC and three-time Superbowl Champion. “Our patent-pending Cinnilla Crepe fries and the crave-worthy and dippable Cinnilla Towers combined with an endless selection of great hot and iced coffees, we’re aiming to totally invigorate what it means to ‘have a snack’ at the mall.”

“Emerald Square Mall is dedicated to providing a wide variety of retail and restaurant options for our shoppers,” said Emerald Square Mall Manager Tom Smith. “SkyCrepers is sure to satisfy our customers who are looking for a unique, enjoyable and family-friendly alternative snack. We’re thrilled to introduce this new concept to the region for the first time here at Emerald Square Mall.”

Join entrepreneur Matt Chatham on Thursday, August 4th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. for SkyCrepers, LLC’s grand opening at Emerald Square Mall. Chatham’s former New England Patriot teammates & Patriots legends will be in attendance and there will be cooking demos and food sampling. Win raffle prizes and more.
