England Netball are pleased to advise that the 2014/15 affiliations season is now LIVE in MyNet.
The detailed user guides have been updated to reflect the tweaks and changes that have been made following the introduction of new Club and Individual Mandatory fields.
These can be downloaded from MyNet in Document Downloads and also from the Membership Pages of the England Netball website here.
As Club Secretary you have access to your club in MyNet by using your own personal membership number (netball id) as the Username field on the log in screen; not your club id.
If you haven’t yet logged into MyNet and you are not sure of your password then please click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the MyNet webpage and the system will email you with details of how to reset your password. If you do not receive an email within 20 minutes from firstname.lastname@example.org then please check your Spam filter or look in your Junk mail folder.
If you are still having problems, please contact the Membership Dept. to verify your email address or to check that your account hasn’t been locked due to incorrect password.
If you are no longer the Club Secretary then you will need to notify us in writing with details of your replacement so that we can update our records.
Despite testing the system, we have no doubt that a small minority of you may experience some problems over the coming weeks as you affiliate your members. With over 92,000 members attempting to become affiliated over the next few weeks we are bound not to have worked through all the possible scenarios.
If you do experience any problems do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com or on the main Head Office number 01462 442 344 and then option 2 for Membership Dept.
