To mark Retirement Villages Ltd’s 30th anniversary year, residents have volunteered 30 reasons for why they chose to move to a retirement village.
As the television programmes and estate agents keep saying, the prime reason for moving home is location, location, location. That’s as true in the retirement sector as in any others.
In a recent survey, carried out by Retirement Villages Ltd and answered by around 500 of the company’s residents, location emerged as the number one reason people had chosen their retirement property.
