St. Lucie County, 674 +/- acres, $1,700,000 – sold by Jeff Cusson, CCIM and Brian Beasley, CNLM, CCA.
 
Polk County, 133.8 +/- acres, $800,000 – sold by Jimmie Allen and Richard Dempsey, ALC.
 
Polk County, 21 +/- acres  with 83 quarter-acre lots, $725,000 – sold by David Hitchcock, ALC and Clay Taylor, ALC.
