Each axis of the motion card performs constant speed driving, linear acceleration/deceleration driving, and S-shaped acceleration/deceleration driving.
This plug and play 4-axis motion control USB card, model B0M70002, starts and stops multi-axis simultaneously and offers independent operation of each axis. It conducts any 2/3 axes linear interpolation, any 2 axes circular interpolation, any 2/3 axes bit pattern interpolation and continuous interpolation. The 4-axis motion control card provides two pulse output modes: CP/DIR and CW/CCW with a pulse output frequency error rate of less than 0.1% and a pulse output speed of up to 4 MHz.
This high performance 4-axis motion control card can read logic position, physic position, drive speed, acceleration and acceleration/deceleration status in real-time. It is equipped with an integral type filter in the input stage of each input signal. It is possible to set whether the filter function is enabled or the signal is passed through for a number of input signals. Each axis has a large interpolation range over -8,388,607 to 8,388,607 and resolution of interpolation is within ±0.5 LSB. In addition, the interpolation speed is from 1 PPS to 4 MPPS depending on CPU data writing time.
