AAM to showcase driveline and drivetrain product line-up at IZB 2010
Detroit, Michigan, October 5, 2010 -- American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM), which is traded as AXL on the NYSE, announced today that it will participate in the sixth International Suppliers Fair (IZB), Europe's leading trade fair for the automotive industry. AAM is making its debut at the event to be held in Wolfsburg, Germany from October 6, 2010 to October 8, 2010.
AAM representatives will present an overview of the company's business capabilities and products including axles, differentials, rear drive modules (RDMs), torque transfer devices (TTDs) and power transfer units (PTUs). The display will feature AAM's new and exciting EcoTrac™ brand that includes a full range of high efficiency axles, an all-wheel-drive (AWD) fuel optimization system and electric all-wheel-drive (e-AWD) and hybrid driveline systems for passenger cars and crossover vehicles.
"AAM's IZB display will feature many new and innovative products that are designed to help our customers meet changing government regulations and evolving consumer expectations," said AAM Vice President, Engineering & Product Development Mark S.
