NEW YORK, NY – April 21, 2014 -- ABM is delighted to announce that, in partnership with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), we are offering a comprehensive digital sales training certification program.
This program provides ABM digital sales teams and their companies with a benchmark which demonstrates a deep understanding of the process of creating digital media packages for their advertisers. In its first year, more than 1,200 IAB members registered for the certification program. Equally important, advertising buyers and agencies told the IAB they wanted an industry benchmark for digital sales professionals.
Now, ABM members can provide the same level of credibility. "It's essential for all B2B media companies to evolve and invest in their sales organizations along with the evolution of our business model,” says Doug Manoni, CEO of Source Media. “Sales approach, sales processes and sales culture all need to change. This jointly promoted program also gives further evidence of the increasing value and benefit of the new ABM."

1. ABM members are set up with a discount code that gives you a 15% discount of the cost of the certification. The codes will be delivered in a follow-up communication and are also available by e-mailing Matt Kinsman.
2. The Ad IQ assessment tool, offered by IAB as a free service, will be available to ABM registrants.

We also are working with IAB to provide ABM members with a special webinar to discuss the certification program. The next testing window is May, with subsequent 2014 testing windows in August and November.
