Experienced Industry Executive to Drive Global Cross-Industry Sales for RPM Leader

Santa Monica, Ca., August 5, 2008 —Accruent, Inc., the leading provider of real estate performance management (RPM) solutions, announced today that it has appointed Cort Pouch as senior vice president of sales. Pouch will be responsible for managing Accruent's global sales efforts.

Mr. Pouch's career spans over 20 years with experience in sales and sales management positions in the enterprise software industry and other immerging markets. As a co-founder of ContrAegis Partners, Pouch worked with early stage technology and biopharmaceutical ventures on the development of marketing and sales strategy. Previously, he was senior vice president sales at TCI Solutions, where he developed a strong sales management team whose efforts helped the organization exceed revenue projections. Prior to joining TCI, he served as vice president of global sales for DWL, a worldwide provider of customer and account management enterprise solutions. He also held executive positions at Ariba, TRADEX and Infinium Software.
