(Representative Director and President: Katsuhiko Ikeda), headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.

December 25, 2009 (Tokyo, Japan)—AMS, Inc. (CEO and President: Junya Tsutsumi), headquartered in Meguro-ku, Tokyo, which is a subsidiary of Acrodea, Inc. (President: Junya Tsutsumi), headquartered in Meguro-ku, Tokyo, has won adoption of its e-commerce fulfillment service EXREGZIO for the back office systems of Park Inc. (Representative Director and President: Katsuhiko Ikeda), headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Park will launch its e-commerce business operations with EXREGZIO. Plans call for the opening of the company’s official shopping site as a multi-brand boutique for surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding goods with magazine tie-ups.
