Advanced Metal Roofing has donated a MetalMan Roofing System for a new home construction project with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County in North Carolina. The metal roof will help comply with Habitat Wake's Green Building program to keep energy bills low while improving indoor air quality.

Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, or Habitat Wake, is an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical housing ministry.  The mission of Habitat Wake is to build safe, affordable homes for qualified homebuyers regardless of race, religion, or background.  They provide financial literacy education for the program homebuyers as well as home maintenance workshops to help prepare the participants for the challenges of home ownership.  Homebuyer families, sponsors, donors, and volunteers come together with Habitat Wake to build homes which help transition families out of poverty housing, providing new opportunities and space to grow with a sense of security, as well as good neighbors.
