The National Society of Radio and Television (SNRT, its name in French Société Nationale de Radiodiffusion et de Télévision) is a national company that operates as the main public broadcaster in Morocco. Founded in the mid-50s, a member since 1978 of the Ministry of Information of the Government of Morocco. The origins of the SNRT dating from the founding of Radio Maroc in April 1928 and is currently a full member of EBU. SNRT is funded by government grants, advertising revenue and tax for the promotion of national audiovisual landscape.

The Moroccan public service channels, through its programs, promote and protect the  cultural heritage Moroccan by broadcasting nationally and internationally. SNRT currently manages 9 independent television channels, four radio stations nationwide and 10 regional radio channels.
