Agilysys Promotes Tina Stehle to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

CLEVELAND—Aug. 3, 2011—Agilysys, Inc.(Nasdaq: AGYS)

,a leading developer and marketer of proprietary enterprise software, services and solutions to the hospitality and retail industries, today announced the promotion of Tina Stehle to senior vice president and chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Stehle had previously served as senior vice president and general manager for Agilysys’ Hospitality Solutions Group. Her primary responsibilities will be to drive hospitality-related product development, services and support and operations. She will continue to report to President and Chief Executive Officer James H. Dennedy.

“Tina’s expertise from both a technological and managerial perspective, particularly as it relates to the hospitality industry, makes her an ideal fit for her new role,” commented Dennedy. “Her keen focus on how technology can improve customers’ business performance and their customers' experience, along with her proven track record of providing tangible results, are assets that will continue to deliver world-class technologies to the hospitality industry and operational excellence across Agilysys’ hospitality customer-facing services organizations.”

Stehle was vice president, Software Services at Inter-American Data, Inc. (IAD), which was acquired by Agilysys in 2004. Prior to joining IAD, she worked for Flagler Computer Software, with primary responsibilities for software development and technical services. Previously, she served in various senior-level capacities for Federal Express, Cox Communications and D’Arcy MacManus Masius. Stehle received an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business in Atlanta and holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania.
