Al Raffah Hospital conducts 10-day workshop on personality development
Muscat – As a testament to their mission statement, “Caring for You. For life”, Al Raffah Hospital has recently organised a ten-day personality development for all their medical staff.
The activity is part of Dr. Moopen’s initiative to build a family atmosphere, wherein individuals are groomed to develop self-confidence and encouraged to express themselves by affirming their skills and talents.
The workshop is aimed at promoting a positive work environment and camaraderie amongst all employees right from their Country Head to the office boys.
Mr. Jayan, the country head, said “We at Al Raffah Hospital continuously strives towards the achievement of our motto “Quality healthcare”. This workshop is managed by internationally accepted trainers, who are experts in training personality development, soft skill development, crisis management, and outstanding customer service, etc.

Through this activity, all employees are given the opportunity to affirm their skills, talents; and to smile as a show of our commitment to provide the utmost care and attention to every person we deal with”, Jayan said.
He added that the activity is aimed at ensuring that each person working in Al Raffah Hospital would serve with greater passion and motivated to provide high quality service. “They are given the utmost care value with the intention that that they would pass it on to all our patients and visitors”.
