Since 2005, the real estate web portal has accumulated thousands of data entry from the public and has generated a basic report to establish the market trends for Dubai property sector.
On the 15th of November 2008 the new application will be published as an auto-generated report from hundreds of possible queries. Mixed from the data entry and the visits activity to measure the demand by Urchin accredited analytic audience of the visitor, Alineah will be the transparent portal and will gain more credibility through the quality and multi functionability.

The Dubai properties report has been studied by the effort of Alineah It software engineering team and a team of Dubai real estate specialists. The multi- functions applications are user friendly and will be able to estimate the right price according to the queries generated. Function ability is unique in its gender, and creates an intelligent web specific to each user under the application queries.

Since the source of the coding queries is offering up to 100,000 possibilities to generate result, it will satisfy independent result search and avoid search similarity. Alineah.com is intensifying its team to develop unique application to accredit its portal as a unique source of information.

The launch will be set on a beta - version for the first two week to pass the testing period to be come live for further improvement. Banks and investment group have already received some privilege market analysis reports to estimate the property value and market demand through the portal, since it was a manual source search through the database. Since then Alineah have decided to create the application to the public via auto search queries possibilities.
