alley National Bank Appoints Susan Specchio To Vice President – South Livingston Branch Sales Manager

WAYNE, N.J. – Tuesday, January 25, 2011– Valley National Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Valley National Bancorp (NYSE:VLY), announced today the appointment of Susan Specchio to Vice President/Branch Sales Manager of the Bank’s South Livingston branch located at 270 South Livingston Avenue in Livingston, New Jersey.

Ms. Specchio brings over 35 years of banking experience to her position. Prior to joining Valley in 2006 she served as a Branch Manager for a large financial institution in the Livingston area.
