Laguna Hills, CA – February 19, 2008 –Altec, a leading provider of accounting-centric Integrated Document Management (IDM) solutions, today announced an agreement with Sage Software’s Business Management Division (BMD) to become an Endorsed Development Partner. Together, Altec and Sage Software will jointly marketdoc-link, Altec’s comprehensive end-to-end suite of industry-specific solutions integrated with select Sage Software applications.

Sage Software customers installingdoc-linkwill be able to extend their return on investment by automating their labor-intensive paper processes through the capture, workflow and delivery of documents. To qualify as a BMD Endorsed Development Partner, Altec has satisfied the stringent certification criteria required by Sage Software for integration with its applications. Additionally, Sage Software customers are assured ofdoc-link’scompatibility with current and future releases of select Sage Software applications. With the induction of Altec into the BMD Endorsed Development Partner program, Sage Software and its channel partners will be authorized to reselldoc-link.
