ALTEN and Calsoft Labs at the BWF 2011 exhibition
CNIT Paris La Defense, September 27th to 29th, booth G10
Presentation of services offered by the ALTEN Group to the Telecom industry
Boulogne-Billancourt, September 12th, 2011 - ALTEN had completed the acquisition of Calsoft Labs in April 2011. The integration is a success, and the telecom services offered by the combined entity will be presented at the “Broadband World Forum 2011” exhibition at CNIT Paris La Defense.
ALTEN announced that the integration of Calsoft Labs, acquired in April 2011, has been completed successfully.
Calsoft Labs, based in India and the United States, has 700 engineers engaged in design, development and testing of technology products with strong skills in electronics & embedded software, networking product development and telecom networks, multimedia, mobile platforms and applications.
The business model enhances both the range of services that ALTEN can now offer to its customers, and the engagement options, including local services, offshore execution and nearshore-offshore models.
Through this integration, ALTEN has positioned itself as a global player in the Americas, Europe and Asia, which can help clients improve their operational efficiency through local services, global reach, outsourcing, transformation of their engagements, conquest of new markets and new geographical areas.
The first area in which this integration was successfully carried out is the Telecom sector. This has enabled ALTEN to extend its service offerings to include telecom product development, application development, product testing and certification, as well as network engineering and operations.
ALTEN and Calsoft Labs will be present during the exhibition “Broadband World Forum 2011” at CNIT Paris La Defense, from September 27th to 29th, at booth G10.
