Andy Fitzpatrick Joins First Republic Bank

Business Banker Strengthens Team Supporting Venture, Private Equity Clients

First Republic Bank, a leading private bank and wealth management company, today announced that Andy Fitzpatrick, a business banker with 12 years of experience, has joined First Republic as Managing Director and Business Banker in Boston.

Fitzpatrick will work with First Republic professionals providing lending services, deposit services, cash management, foreign exchange, online banking, and business escrow. Fitzpatrick is located at First Republic’s Boston office at 160 Federal Street.

Fitzpatrick is part of a team of bankers serving venture and private equity clients in First Republic’s offices in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and Boston. The bank has many long-standing relationships with venture capital and private equity firms, including the principals of those firms and senior executives of venture- and private equity-backed companies.

Prior to joining First Republic, Fitzpatrick was a Senior Vice President for RBC Bank in Boston, where he worked with venture capital, private equity and technology companies. Prior to that, he worked for Comerica Bank, most recently as Vice President in the Venture Fund Services Group. Fitzpatrick has an MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Economics from College of the Holy Cross.
