December 3, 2009 -CampusEAI Consortium (CEAI) announced today that Antioch University (Antioch) awarded CEAI a contract to serve as the primary service and support provider for the university's Sun®Enterprise Identity Management®(EIDM) solution.

Following CEAI’s successful implementation of Antioch’s Sun®EIDM solution,  Antioch awarded CEAI the support contract over Sun®'s own SunSpectrum Support®service. As Antioch’s primary Sun®EIDM support provider, CEAI is responsible for assisting with upgrades, applying patches and addressing enhancement requests.

Additionally, CEAI is responsible for providing post-implementation Sun®EIDM support including configurations and integrations to the following back-end systems:

  • CampusEAI Consortium's myCampus Portal
  • Active Directory®
  • Google®Apps®
  • Gmail®
  • Datatel®
  • Sakai®

"Antioch University had already selected CampusEAI to implement and support our Portal," said Bill Marshall, Chief Information Officer of Antioch University. "Selecting CampusEAI to build and support our Identity Management System meant that both the Portal and IDM systems were being supported by the same group which we felt was important given how tightly integrated they would be. In addition, CampusEAI had experience in implementing the Sun®IDM solution in a higher education environment and the cost gave us the most value for the money spent."

“CampusEAI is pleased to have been selected by Antioch University to support the University’s Sun®Enterprise Identity Management®solution,” Said Anjli Jain, Executive Director, CampusEAI Consortium.

“For more information on the CampusEAI Consortium or CampusEAI Consortium Sun®Enterprise Identity Management®services, contact Anjli Jain atanjli_jain@campuseai.orgto schedule an executive one-on-one session.”
