Boca Raton, Florida - Florida-based Aplicor, Inc., a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software publisher, today announced the company has been named by the editors of Customer Interaction Solutions (CIS) magazine as the recipient of the 2004 CRM Excellence Award. The Fifth-Annual CRM Excellence Award winners are chosen on the basis of the CRM product's ability to extend and expand the customer relationship to become all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and the lifetime value of the customer.
