Aplicor Releases Next Version, APEX, of Company's Flagship CRM Product

Boca Raton, Florida - Florida-based Aplicor, Inc., a subscription-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software publisher, today announced the next CRM version, titled APEX, of the company's flagship and namesake product suite. Aplicor APEX is the continuation and advancement of of the company's on-demand, subscription-based CRM software suite.

Aplicor APEX includes significant functional advancement to each of the core CRM components, including Sales Force Automation (SFA), Marketing Management and Customer Service, as well as extends the Aplicor Decision Support suite with the addition of the Digital Dashboard and the user-based Report Writer. The next version release is immediately available to all clients. However, as President Mark Wakelin points out, "There are compelling reasons for our clients to take advantage of the upgrade to the Aplicor APEX version, however, as the Aplicor solution provides individualized client 'application versioning' which permits each client to reside on their chosen software version, clients are free to upgrade if and when they individually choose".

The Aplicor Report Writer compliments the product's Reports Library. As stated by Chuck Schaeffer, CEO "The Aplicor Reports Library has historically contained approximately 100 reports which each allowed user-defined filtering and parameter selection. However, we've always recognized that our clients will require a flexible, easy to use report writer in order to create their own custom reports from scratch or modify existing reports." With features such as guided report development wizards, global libraries of report templates and drag-and-drop placement of report objects in the browser layout window, the Aplicor Report Writer is a robust report designer which empowers non-technical users to author simple or complex paper-oriented or interactive web-based reports. Aplicor Report Writer provides a suite of intuitive tools that put the reporting novice on the fast track to producing custom reports and Business Intelligence analysis. Once a user brings data to the workspace, he or she can then shape and mold the result set with filters, grouping, sorting and formatting, as well as charts, graphics and parameterization to create the desired report.

The introduction of the Aplicor Digital Dashboard extends the Decision Support suite to include a centralized, visual Executive Information System (EIS). Digital Dashboard allows the user to configure customized dashboards by selecting from dozens of plug-and-play functional panel components. Sample panel functions include CRM Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), user-defined Grids and Tables, Content Management, Links, RSS News Feeds, Announcements, Document Repositories, Surveys, Forums, FAQs, Google Search function, I-Frame's (to embed remote data within a panel), user-defined XML data feeds and several others. With the Dashboard Editor, each user may define multiple dashboards for varying lines of business, categorized KPI's or other user-defined segmentation as well as position each dashboard's panels in user-defined locations. According to Aplicor client Lenny Chesal, VP of Sales at Host.net, a Broadband ONE company, "The Aplicor dashboard surpasses the range of superficial dashboards which provide little more than topical graphing and charting. We find the many collaboration, communication and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) extremely useful in extending both the utilization and visualization of our Aplicor information system."
