Ares International Corp, recently introduced its information security solution for the financial industry at the Asian Bankers Association (ABA) 2009 IT Seminar.

James Wu, assistant vice president of Ares, delivered a speech, “Highly Secure Single Sign On (SSO) - ARES uIAM”, at the seminar, Wu introduced the ARES uIAM (ubiquitous Identity and Access Management) System to address to the trend in technology application for the banking industry after the financial crisis as well as the Computer Processing Personal Data Protection Law.

ARES uIAM System solves security issues regarding the Internet SSO system by realizing a unified resources authorization and password management. Together with the uPKI digital signature validation authority, ARES uIAM System can further provide a complete SSO solution for web-based, client-server cross-system platforms and cross-programming language situations.

Some 300 IT experts and specialists from Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Mongolia, Vietnam and Sri Lanka gathered in Taipei on November 24 for the seminar, which is organized by the ABA Technology Committee with the support of the Bank of Taiwan and the Bankers Association of the Republic of China.
