California resident David Mack is the founder and chief architect behind the Artist Magnet concept. He has been the Program Coordinator at Cornell's Adult University Program for three years. He maintains from Cornell University a B.A. in Theater and Applied Economics and Management.

David has assembled a building team which includes Emmitt H. Thrower, the founder of wabisabiproductions.com, who brings over 25 years of Theater experience to the team as a Producer, Director, Writer and Actor. Emmitt's theatrical productions are mostly produced in New York City. He has International Theater experience as Chairman of the "Otto Awards" for Political Theater, that recognizes and awards theaters and individual artists from all over the world.

Kubra Basdogan, an IT Consultant, graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems. She has worked as a consultant at companies like Peoplesoft, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems and Apple Computers.

Aycil Yeltan has extensive theatrical experience in Europe, New York, and Los Angeles as an actress and producer. She is a graduate of The California Institute of the Arts with a M.F.A. in Acting. Aycil will focus in the areas of marketing and publicity.

David Xue is the Coding Consultant and will lead the coding and development of Artist Magnet?s network platform. He is the founder of Pixpulse.com, a web service that offers a new way to share mobile media with friends. Prior to PixPulse, David was part of the founding team of Lockdown Networks, a VC-funded network security startup in Seattle. He also led the product launch of RealNetworks flagship consumer subscription service reaching over 1M subscribers. David received his B.A. in Business Administration, Information Systems from the University of Washington.

Artist Magnet will connect all theater actors, directors, designers, producers, dramaturges, playwrights, crew and artists across the United States and the world. Theatre artists who log-on to Artist Magnet will have the opportunity and incentive to invite their friends and collaborators to build their network, and will be able to easily and efficiently search each other's resumes, keep up do date with each other's work, and connect to a streamlined global theater world.
