Ashton Woods Homes announces the opening of The Overlook at Woodstock Knoll, a brand new section with a new model home in Woodstock Knoll, a popular community of single-family, energy-efficient homes in Cherokee County.

The new section of Woodstock Knoll features new home plans with two-car side-entry garages and up to 3,800 square feet of space.  

The new model home, the Cambridge 2 plan, has two stories with four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and the option to convert the study and half bath to a guest suite with a full bath. The plan has 3,606 square feet of space with prices starting at $314,900.

Architectural details include traditional exteriors, columns, arches and niches.

To reach the community, take I-75 North to I-575 and take exit 7.  Take GA 92 East for one mile to Main Street/ Canton Highway/GA5/GA754 and turn left. The road turns into Main Street as you drive through downtown Woodstock.  Woodstock Knoll is 1.5 miles on the right.

The model home is open Sunday and Monday from noon to 6 p.m. and Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
