Joel Geniesse was promoted from Purchasing Manager for the Atlanta division to Vice President of Operations for the Raleigh, North Carolina division.

He will begin this new position on January 13, 2013.

Since joining the Atlanta division in July of 1999 as an Assistant Builder, Geniesse has served in various operational roles. Most recently, as the Purchasing Manager, he assisted with the division’s purchasing objectives, unit pricing and the design and production of new products.
 
As the Vice President of Operations, Geniesse will continue to leverage his talents in these areas as well as leading the Raleigh division on key construction, operational initiatives and the launch of their new design center platform.
 
“We wish Joel and his family a smooth transition over the next few months as they wrap up loose ends in Atlanta and begin their next great adventure in Raleigh,” said Huff.
