ASPEQ Holdings, Inc. Names Mike Howard as President and Chief Operating Officer

ASPEQ Holdings, Inc. (formerly INDEECO), an electric heating and control systems company marketed under the INDEECO, AccuTherm, and Heatrex brands, announced today that Mike Howard was hired as the new President and Chief Operating Officer. John Eulich will continue as ASPEQ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and will spend more time on strategic growth opportunities.

(formerly INDEECO), an electric heating and control systems company marketed under the INDEECO, AccuTherm, and Heatrex brands, announced today that Mike Howard was hired as the new President and Chief Operating Officer.  John Eulich will continue as ASPEQ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and will spend more time on strategic growth opportunities. 
 
Mr. Howard will oversee all functions of the company.  He has served as an Advisory Director for ASPEQ since 2008.  Prior to joining the company, Mr. Howard was Chief Financial Officer of Mark Andy, Inc.
 
“Mike brings a great deal of experience and perspective to our company.  He has an extensive background in Finance, Operations and Corporate Development,” said Mr. Eulich.
 
It was also announced that the company will be called ASPEQ Holdings, Inc., which was created when the current management team purchased INDEECO.
 
“We have grown the company dramatically in the last three years since the original acquisition of INDEECO.  We decided to start using ASPEQ after acquiring Heatrex and AccuTherm. This way we have distinct, stand alone brands without confusing one brand for the parent company,” said Mr. Eulich.
