The Associated Property Management (APM) YouTube Channel features video content that is only related to community association matter, Board of Directors issues, property management, community association law and other related content.

Associated Property Management (APM) decided to have their own channel as another way to help educate and inform Board of Directors, community association residents and other related professionals on issues, events and news about the community association industry. Additional content will be added as it comes available and it is hoped that this channel will become a portal for “All Community Association News.”

Associated Property Management (APM) believes video documentation of community association issues, matters and other related content will become more prominent in the future. Videos will be a way for community association management to keep their unit owners informed of all matters related to their association. Videos may be used to disseminate information including Board of Directors meetings, and any rule changes, community projects, new owner information, emergency preparations and community real estate marketing information.
