Associated Property Management (APM) proudly announces a new community association bookkeeping/administrative client; Via Lago Condominium Association.

Lake Worth, FL, March 08, 2010 (PressReleasePoint) -- Associated Property Management (APM) proudly announces a new community association bookkeeping/administrative client; Via Lago Condominium Association.

APM will provide the following services to the association as part of their Bookkeeping Agreement; make all association deposits of maintenance assessments and other income through their free Lock Box System, pay all association invoices, provide payroll services for all association employees, produce monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and general ledger detail. In addition, APM will also provide any reports as needed, annual budgets, annual meeting and Board of Director support and administrative services. In addition, APM also provides free unlimited consultation on association issues and operations to the Board of Directors. In addition, APM also provides a free community website, provided through Neighborhood Link to the association as part of their services.

Via Lago Condominium Association is a luxury condominium, located on the Intracoastal Waterway, on a heavily wooded site. Via Lago Condominium is south of Gateway Boulevard, just off Federal Highway, in Boynton Beach, Florida.
