ASUS unveil new Autumn range - UL Unlimited Series notebooks

ASUS in Taipei have today unveiled their amazing next generation notebooks - the UL (UnLimited) series (due for UK launch at the end of October 2009).
The UL series are ultra-light, ultra-slim, high-performance, robust notebooks packed with cutting edge innovation.

Key features of the range include:

Long battery life
Up to 12 hours depending upon usage, model and battery choice

Very high performance
Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 with “Super Hybrid Engine” and overclocking technology generates outstanding CPU, Memory & Graphic scores in tests, providing a top-notch transcending speed.

Slim and lightweight
Height 26.5mm, and 2.1kg weight (depending upon battery selection)

Exquisite design for comfortable user experience
Materials of construction add a distinctive flavor and include Aluminum, High Glossy Plastic and part plastic with IMR (scratch resistant technology)
Large keypad-size facilitated by multi-touch technology and anti-dust keyboard design
Featuring Express Gate for fast boot in 3 seconds
Exceptionally silent running

This range will be available in the UK from the end of October 2009. A UK press release and review samples are not yet available, but will be issued

nearer the launch date.
