Big Brother and the Holding Company (with Janis Joplin) and their debut release Cheap Thrills and the Joe Walsh classic recording But Seriously, Folks... went to gold on the most recent Audio Fidelity run.

Walsh with his fiery “Barnstorm” lineup takes the listener through memorable hits like "Life's Been Good" and guitar wizardry on tracks like “At The Station.” Walsh was no stranger to providing a variety of experiences to his listeners and this album was a welcome addition to his solo output.

On the other end of the musical spectrum a decade earlier was the red hot blues of the San Francisco band Big Brother and the Holding company featuring the soon to be legend on lead vocals, Janis Joplin.
