SCMProFit is a software suite specifically designed for use in the logistics and transport industry. Its modules include global freight management, warehousing and distribution, order management and global visibility.

Commenting on the agreement Michael Christensen, CEO of aurionPro SCM said, "We have a long term relationship with BDP and have worked closely with them on the development of SCMProFit. The software is currently used by BDP in its Asia Pacific operations.

Richard J. Bolte, Jr., President and CEO of BDP said acquiring the software enhances BDP's strategy to build on the company's technology leadership platform to help its customers grow.

"The SMCProFit product will be implemented to integrate with BDP's suite of proprietary software; it will help to galvanize and speed our advance to a single seamless platform across all of our global operations.

Commenting on the transaction, Banesh Prabhu, Global CEO of aurionPro Solutions said, "This is one of the largest deals for aurionPro.
