Author of Turning the Tides Offers Safety and Security Analysis

In observance of the eighth anniversary of the tragic terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, Eugene F. Elander, author of the newly-released novel "Turning the Tides", is offering a free safety and security analysis to all readers of the book between July 1 and September 30, 2009.

Mr. Elander is a former Emergency Management Coordinator in Vermont, a retired Disaster Assistance Employee for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and former Hazard Mitigation Consultant to the New Hampshire Office of Emergency Management. He has prepared parts of the Vermont and Bennington County emergency management plans as well as hazard mitigation documents in New Hampshire, so is well-qualified to give "Turning the Tides" readers a safety and security analysis based on a simple and brief questionnaire which will be provided to them after purchasing a copy of the book.

"Turning the Tides" is a semi-autobiographical tale of the author’s experiences on behalf of the Israeli government by providing intelligence information and fighting threats to both Israel and America. Much of the relevant history of the mid-twentieth century is covered in the book, which includes experiences ranging from the early fight against legalizing gambling in Atlantic City, New Jersey to efforts to secure a U.S. nuclear submarine for Israel.
