Auto Insurance Discounts for GM’s OnStar Drivers

The discount is open to those in that category who drive less than 15,000 miles. “This is a new take on some of the pay-per-mile auto insurance policies we are seeing,” says InsuranceBureau.com CEO Eric Oster. If an individual uses their car very rarely, such a program may be a great way to save on auto insurance. Pay-per-mile auto insurance programs are generally viewed as an effective way to help the environment since it promotes driving less.
