Automatic Network Backup Features in a New Version of Handy Backup by Novosoft

Novosoft LLC, an acclaimed provider of data backup solutions, released a new version of Handy Backup featuring smart installation to help administrators configure backups in Windows networks

Alliance, Ohio, April 10, 2011 – Novosoft, an international software development and IT consultancy company, announced the release of a new version of Handy Backup. The program presents features (automatic registration and remote installation over Active Directory among others) to help system administrators configure backup plans for windows networks.

The newly released version of Handy Backup features the simplicity of setting up a Windows network backup. This practically involves automatic registration, silent installation, and remote installation over Active Directory.

The automatic registration makes it possible to launch the installation package the way the program is registered on the very first startup.

The installation now might be performed in a silent mode with no setup dialogs displayed. Besides that the new version takes advantage of the Active Directory providing an opportunity to install Handy Backup remotely by creating and applying the respective Group Policy on a network.

Traditionally, the new version features an optimized graphical interface, integration with cloud storage service, opportunity to create bootable recovery drives to load the system from after a failure, and Windows 7 compatibility.
