SAN JOSE, Calif., and SINGAPORE,&nbsp March 06, 2014

Avago Technologies (NASDAQ: AVGO), a leading supplier of analog interface components for wireless, wireline, and industrial applications, today announced that Dr. Mitchell Fields, director of product strategy for Avago’s Fiber Optics Product Division, will participate in multiple speaking engagements at the OFC 2014 in San Francisco, California from March 9th to 13th.

March 9th Workshop: “Do Optics Need to Move to the Rack and the Backplane? When? Why?”

March 12th Symposia: “Advanced Electro-optic Packaging and Assembly Technologies”

March 13th Panel: “100/400G Pluggable Optics and its Enabling Technologies”
