New agreement combines AvePoint’s award-winning DocAve Software Platform with YADA’s renowned cloud collaboration offerings

Munich, Germany — February 28, 2013AvePoint, the leader in governance, compliance, and management solutions for social enterprise collaboration platforms, today announced a partnership with YADA GmbH, an international specialist in cloud collaboration located in Germany. YADA will become a value-added reseller of AvePoint technologies, with the two companies working together to integrate their products and provide the best possible solutions for SharePoint governance on a global scale.
