The accreditation officially recognizes that’s procedures and operations adhere to the rigorous standards identified in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), demonstrating the organization’s commitment to its SaaS-based customers.

Enacted in 1996, HIPAA serves as a healthcare vertical privacy regulation and addresses the privacy and security of health data, and protects health insurance coverage for workers and their families.
