Axiom EPM Receives Highest Rating in Customer Satisfaction, Vendor Experience and Implementation

Axiom EPM today announced that it has earned the highest rating in three categories in Gartner’s annual corporate performance management (CPM) report, including Customer Satisfaction, Vendor Experience and Implementation. Axiom EPM was also rated highest Overall Satisfaction Versus Overall Value for the Money in comparison with the enterprise-focused vendors in the study. Gartner’s survey of 372 customer references sourced from 16 corporate performance management vendors between September and November 2013 has produced valuable insights for CPM application strategists assessing CPM solutions. The report found that specialist CPM vendors, such as Axiom EPM, scored consistently higher in customer satisfaction than did mega-vendors such as Oracle, IBM and SAP, further demonstrating the credibility of Axiom’s solutions. According to Gartner, organizations seeking CPM solutions should, “consider the importance of vendor characteristics, such as satisfaction with support, as well as product functionality.”

The report findings reflect the momentum that Axiom EPM is currently experiencing. The company had a record sales quarter in Q2 of 2014, bringing on more new clients than any previous quarter since the company’s founding in 2006. Clients added in the second quarter of 2014 included Grede Holdings, InCase Designs, Tufts University, Westerra Credit Union, Renasant Bank, Magnolia Regional Health Center and Hackensack University Health Center.
