Bailey Estates, a community of Williams Bay homes, has seen a lot of end-of-the-year activity, and is pleased to welcome its newest residents, Jim and Dee Hamill.

Jim Hamill, a retired Chicago police officer, and Dee Hamill, an administrative assistant at a manufacturing company, have lived in the Williams Bay area for approximately 14 years. “The association fees were getting out of hand,” said Jim Hamill. “We did a background check on Gerstad Builders and found out that they are very reputable. “Also, Dee’s cousin, who is an architect, lives in a Gerstad Builders’ home.”
 
The Hamills purchased the Jefferson home design. Spanning 2,170 square feet, this three bedroom, two bathroom ranch-style home provides plenty of room for the couple.
