Irozuru and Marie A. Tenny. The firm, one of the 50 largest in Texas, continues to expand and now numbers 48 attorneys.

Dowdy joins the firm’s Private Clients and Estate Planning and Tax practice areas. He focuses on business formation and structures, tax and estate planning issues and real estate transactions. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M., 2010), Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law (J.D., 2009) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., 2005).
 
Eason joins the firm’s Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring, Creditors’ Rights and Litigation practice areas. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 2009) and Cornell University (B.S., 2006).
 
Irozuru joins the firm’s Commercial Finance and Corporate and Securities practice areas. She is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law (J.D., 2011) and New York University (B.A., 2005).
  
Tenny joins the firm’s Labor, Employment and Benefits and Litigation practice areas. She graduated from New York University School of Law (J.D., 2008) and Truman State University (B.S., 2005).
