QRP International presents the second Best Practice Forum in Brussels, the 7th of June 2012. The FORUM aims, like each QRP FORUM all over Europe, to inform project managers and future project managers about the changes and evolutions on Best Practices, like PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL and P3O. The focus of the FORUM will be on PRINCE2.

Brussels, Belgium, February 8, 2012 -(PressReleasePoint)- QRP International presents the second Best Practice Forum in Brussels, the 7th of June 2012. The FORUM aims, like each QRP FORUM all over Europe, to inform project managers and future project managers about the changes and evolutions on Best Practices, like PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL and P3O.  The focus of the FORUM will be on PRINCE2.
 
What can you expect?                                       
1.Brief Introduction on PRINCE2 from an expert trainer with practical and theoretical knowledge.
2.Framework of PRINCE2 in relationship with other Best Practices such as MSP, ITIL, P3O, MoR,…
3.Interesting Case Studies on PRINCE2
4.Real life examples of companies and project managers that applied these best practice management method will be brought to life again in front of your eyes.
 
There is the possibility to ask questions to the managers of these companies, who will explain what their need was and how the method was the solution.  After each presentation there will be time to intervene.Also during the breaks (before and after presentations) this forum will give participants the availability to talk with accredited trainers, the management of companies that applied the method, QRP members and other professionals.
The forum will give the occasion to receive live presentations and hard copy case studies on PRINCE2 to take and spread in the office among colleagues and partners.
