BikeNZ is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Foggin to the newly created position of Coach Education Manager.

A key focus of the new role is driving BikeNZ’s coach/instructor and officials development programme. It will also involve working closely with member organisations to create a rolling multi-year education delivery programme and calendar for all levels and codes.

“I’m really excited about the positive difference this new role will make and being able to create education and accreditation strategies that establish seamless pathways and deliver world-class programmes,” said Chris.

BikeNZ Chief Executive Andrew Matheson said that Chris was the obvious choice for the role following a thorough and robust recruitment process.

“During the recruitment process Chris clearly demonstrated that he has the best skills and experience to successfully take on this new, important role in which he’s sure to thrive.”

Chris, who has been working for BikeNZ as a Programme Coordinator, immediately transitions to the new role.
