For emerging as a Global CRO and making Veeda a major player in the global CRO landscape Co-Group Managing Directors and Co-Founders of Veeda Clinical Research, Apurva Shah and Binoy Gardi were presented the BioEntrepreneur award at the 7th Annual Biospectrum Award ceremony held at the ITC Royal Gardenia, Bangalore.

BioSpectrum awards have been constituted to recognise contributions of companies in the Pharma and Biotech sector. The awardees are decided on the basis of a survey conducted by ‘BioSpectrum-ABLE Top 20’ conducted during June-July every year.

Establishing a global presence across Europe, India, the US and South East Asia, an average growth rate of 50% in the past 4.5 years and a unique and focused strategy are some of the reason for recognising the determination and passion of the entrepreneurial duo, said Mr. Narayan Suresh, Group Editor, Biospectrum.

“Both Binoy and I would like to thank Cybermedia (Biospectrum) for selecting us for this prestigious award and recognizing our efforts and the way we have grown Veeda by choosing a different path. The credit goes to our team in helping us realize our dream of creating a global CRO which is known for its expertise and quality in 5 short years of operation. We chose to build an organization based on a common value system that we call our Veeda DNA and that has helped us to reach such heights. In 5 years we have grown from two of us to more than 450 Veeda ites working in 8 locations in 6 countries” said Shah in his acceptance speech.
