JERSEY CITY, N.J., December 18, 2009— BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, the equity administration business of BNY Mellon, has been appointed transfer agent for IDEX Corporation, a diversified, engineered products company.

In addition to providing IDEX (NYSE: IEX) with core stock transfer services, BNY Mellon will also provide investment plan and meeting services.
