Mr. Mongia will focus on executing short- and long-term growth strategies that drive revenue growth and expand distribution channels to the firm's most distinctly agile practice. His leadership is supported by both existing regional teams as well as four new sales consultants who complement the group's national framework: Ryan Spourgitis, Shawn James (Toronto), Steve Cancilla (Winnipeg), and Stefano Ciamacco (Calgary).
Prior to joining Aon, Mr. Mongia was director of Canadian sales, national accounts at Direct Energy, the largest competitive retailer of energy and related services in North America. He is a well regarded business development leader with over 16 years of sales and marketing experience, including 13 years of high performance sales that drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
