As of 15 March 2010, telephone numbers have changed at Netcel's offices at 45 Grosvenor Road, St Albans, AL1 3AW. Dan Cox, Network Manager at Netcel, who managed implementation of the new telephone system, commented, “These new numbers form part of a new digital phone system for Netcel that can be easily expanded as Netcel grows over the coming years.”
