Branson’s Nantucket as the leading fractional ownership resort in the Midwest is proud to present its new owner rental program.

Scottsdale, AZ, October 28, 2009 (PressReleasePoint) -- Branson’s Nantucket, the premier luxury resort situated in Branson, Missouri on Table Rock Lake is offering their members a new rental service. For the first time the owners will be able to receive rental income for their units. “One special feature of Branson’s Nantucket is the luxurious five bedroom vacation homes with stunning lake views” say’s Geoff Petter, one of the managers of the resort. “Nothing currently available in Branson as far as vacation lodging even comes close to this quality.”

According to Petter, “This is why the owners have the opportunity to rent out their unused fraction at Branson’s Nantucket. It allows our owner the option of vacationing in other locations without having to trade their weeks like timeshares. Instead, they can vacation elsewhere without giving up their fraction of time at our resort by simply using the funds available from the rental of their unit. Now, if one of owners can’t come to Branson one year there are still rewards to be reaped.”

Branson’s Nantucket rental program will offer three bedroom vacation homes that have full kitchens and comfortably sleep up to eight persons. The other option for rental is a two bedroom unit with full kitchen that sleeps six adults. All units at Branson’s Nantucket have gourmet kitchens with state of the art stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.

The rental program will begin in 2010 in order to coincide with the launch of their new website Branson’s Nantucket . Biz. This website will offer the rental access to the general public and give non-members the chance to book these luxury homes for their vacation in Branson. The entertainment, shopping, restaurants and family attraction offerings in the area are unparalleled as the famous Branson Strip is only minutes away from the doorstep.
