Bridges of Indiana Celebrates Disability Awareness Month in Vincennes

March is designated as Disability Awareness Month by the State of Indiana, and celebrated by individuals across the Hoosier state. In honor of this special month, Mayor Yochum will give a brief Proclamation and speech on Saturday March 9 at 8:30 AM during the Opening Ceremonies at the 1st Annual Walk & Roll event held at the First Baptist Church in Vincennes.

March is designated as Disability Awareness Month by the State of Indiana, and celebrated by individuals across the Hoosier state. In honor of this special month, Mayor Yochum will give a brief Proclamation and speech on Saturday March 9 at 8:30 AM during the Opening Ceremonies at the 1st Annual Walk & Roll event held at the First Baptist Church in Vincennes.  
 
This is a great event for those who are affected by a disability to come out and celebrate the awareness being spread throughout the state as well as gain helpful information about the supports available in the local community.  Bridges of Indiana would like to thank the local media in advance for celebrating Disability Awareness Month with your community at the Proclamation.  The community looks forward to seeing everyone there to help in spreading the awareness.
